James T. Sullivan
Founding Partner

Mr. Sullivan is one of the founders of the company.  He works closely with our clients to develop and execute innovative business development strategies.  Mr. Sullivan has more than 20 years of consulting and business development experience with Arthur Andersen and other consulting firms.  Prior to founding the Endurance Group in July 1999, he managed large valuation and underwriting projects on national real estate transactions for major clients including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and Tishman Speyer.

Mr. Sullivan received a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University .
