The success of our business is a tribute to the talented team of Business Development Consultants and management staff we’ve been able to assemble. Our staff has years of sales and marketing expertise in a variety of industries. Many members of our staff are early retirees who have held senior level sales and marketing positions at large corporations. Our staff never employs a script when talking with a prospect. Our Business Development Consultants are quick studies who thoroughly master our client’s value proposition and who excel at delivering this message at senior management levels.

Jim is the Founder and President of The Endurance Group. He founded the company in July 1999 initially as a next generation call center for the emerging e-commerce sector.
The firm pioneered innovative customer service techniques for such as email support, chat support and VOIP. As the company progressed, several clients began asking for B2B outbound sales support, in addition to traditional customer services.
One of these clients was a division of Perot Systems that was selling innovative search technology to new B2B marketplaces. They engaged the Endurance Group to perform outsourced sales and lead generation. The initial campaigns were successful and convinced Jim to pivot the company away from customer service support to outsourced business development in early 2000. Jim felt that outsourced sales were a better business model that would be built with a team of innovative sales professionals committed to regularly exceeding client expectations.
Since that time, Jim has built the Endurance Group into a highly successful company that consistently generates outstanding returns for its clients. Jim also continually pushes the company to continually be innovative and implement the latest technologies and strategies in our ongoing efforts to drive revenue for our clients. The Endurance Group was one of the initial customers of SalesForce.com and regularly implement Salesforce.com CRM as part of our business development initiatives. Jim is currently working closely with several clients to implement cutting edge social media campaigns which are yielding outstanding returns.
Jim has more than 20 years of consulting and business development experience with Arthur Andersen and other consulting firms. Prior to founding the Endurance Group in July 1999, he sold and managed large valuation and underwriting projects on national real estate transactions for major clients including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Tishman Speyer.
Jim received a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University.
Jessica joined The Endurance Group in September 2015.
She initially supported a drug discovery software account. She has closed deals with a leading pharmaceutical company. Jessica has developed a large contact database of both private and academic research institutions and implemented marketing campaigns with the use of Salesforce CRM.
Prior to joining The Endurance Group, Jessica worked in outside sales in the medical and scientific research sectors. She earned the Circle of Excellence award from a top pharmaceutical company for her sales results. Jessica has experience interacting with the scientific community in both research and sales roles.
Jessica earned a B.Sc in Biology from the University of Southern Maine and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
Eric joined The Endurance Group in February 2017.
He has supported accounts in the EdTech and InsurTech sectors. Eric’s work with these clients involved market research, prospect development, content and messaging creation and meeting with prospective clients to discuss SaaS solutions or outsourced software development.
Prior to joining The Endurance Group, Eric spent eight years as an educator. His experience in education makes him well suited for engaging with clients in the Education Management, E-Learning and Higher Education sectors. Prior to working as an educator, Eric served in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Officer. Eric’s service in the military helped transform him into a leader that can analyze a situation, develop a comprehensive solution, and execute the plan to ensure that the goals of the organization are met to standard.
Eric earned a B.A. in History and in Political Science from Denison University and an M.Ed. from the University of The Incarnate Word.
Tom has been a business development executive with The Endurance Group since 2011.
He has implemented numerous successful, long-term campaigns for a combination of technology and professional services clients, with a focus on the healthcare and financial services sectors.
Tom has demonstrated exceptional success helping start-up and foreign software companies rapidly develop a pipeline of qualified US opportunities and capitalize on these. During his tenure at the Endurance Group, Tom has leveraged extensive training in consultative sales methodology and sales productivity tools (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Data.com) to achieve quick, repeatable sales success for new clients. His ability to blend industry intel with sales savvy and overall marketing acumen has enabled him to continuously deliver excellent results for clients.
Prior to joining The Endurance Group, Tom was a regional sales director at Nelnet, the nation’s second largest education financing company. He was responsible for managing a team of 21 outside sales representatives and a regional portfolio in excess of $17,000,000, with more than 400 college and university customers from South Carolina to Maine. Tom also has worked as a middle school special education teacher and early in his career, he held marketing communications roles with US Bancorp, General Electric’s Plastics business and the American Skiing Company.
Tom earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in French.
Cyndi has been with the Endurance Group since March 2008.
She brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience which has led to her success working on behalf of Endurance Group clients. She has been the Account Lead for one of our major management consulting clients for the past three years and her efforts have resulted in several new clients for this client. Her business development efforts have targeted senior executives at most major utility and energy firms in the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining the Endurance Group, Cyndi spent ten years as a high school Spanish Teacher. Her sales background includes six years with Estee Lauder and two years with Interactive Data Corp. She was introduced to sales early in her life, working in her family’s real estate business.
Cyndi earned a B.A. in Communications from Bridgewater State College.
Kristopher (Kris) Lucas joined the Endurance Group in March 2017.
He brings over twenty-five years of sales experience to The Endurance Group. He is a result-oriented, enthusiastic executive with significant experience in the consumer products industry. At every company, he has worked for he has been successful at expanding market share through new market penetration and growing net profitability thru smart business practices in both sales acquisition and execution.
In his most recent position, at Village Candle, he succeeded in doubling total sales by adding SUPERVALU, Safeway, and Kroger to their retail network. Kris has deep experience developing and managing larger broker sales forces with both national and smaller regional brokers.
Kris has also been a successful entrepreneur. He founded Kathadin Coffee in 1999. He created and built the brand and developed an extensive distributor network throughout New England and New York State and won major customers at Hannaford, Shaws and Stop and Shop. Kris sold the company in 2002.
Kris earned a B.A. in Government from Norwich University in Vermont and was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army.
Kellie joined the Endurance Group in September 2008.
Since that time, Kellie has been a leader on the team that generated over $8,000,000 in sales for the client. Since joining the Endurance Group, Kellie returned to school to study nursing and currently holds her RN license in two states. Kellie utilizes her healthcare experience and insight when building relationships for our Chicago-based consultancy client that targets national and regional health plans.
Prior to joining the Endurance Group, Kellie ran her own successful personal training business for 10 years. She also worked in sales and marketing for the financial firms AG Edwards and Tucker Anthony.
Kellie earned a B.S. in Economics from Bentley College and an A.S. in Nursing from Maine College of Health Professions.
