Who owns what you build?
You do. Once delivery is complete, the Skills, MCPs, Projects, prompts: everything we build is yours. There's no platform lock-in because it all lives in your Claude organization.
What if I already have Claude but don't know where to start?
That's what the discovery call is for. We'll look at how your team is using Claude now, what's eating time, and recommend the right first step, whether that's a single Skill build or a full setup. No commitment required.
How long does the Initial Setup take?
Two to three weeks from kickoff to a fully configured Claude environment. That includes organization setup, Skills and MCP builds, tool connections, and a training session for your team.
Can I just get one Skill or MCP without the full setup?
Yes. If your team is already using Claude and you want something specific built: a Skill that follows your process, an MCP that connects a tool you already use. We scope and price that as a standalone build. You don't need the full setup to start there.
How does staff augmentation billing work?
Staff aug is billed hourly at a rate scoped to the engagement - based on certification level, expertise, and headcount. We confirm the details on the discovery call and quote the rate before anything starts. No recruiting fees, no staffing agency overhead.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us what your team does and what's taking time. We handle all the technical work. The only thing we need is access to the tools and context about how your team works.
