Common questions
Who owns the automations once they're built?
You do. Once the final build payment clears, the automation is yours — the workflows, the prompts, everything. Cancelling membership doesn't change that.
What if the automation doesn't work as expected after delivery?
You have 5 business days after delivery to flag anything that doesn't match the approved scope. We fix it at no charge. If something breaks later, that's what membership maintenance covers.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. Give us 15 days' written notice before your next invoice and you won't be charged again. You keep everything we've built.
What if I want to add more automations later?
Each additional automation is $750 to build. If adding it pushes you into the next membership tier, we'll upgrade you at your next billing cycle — you never pay for a higher tier until you're in it.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. We handle all the technical work. You tell us what problem you're trying to solve and we'll tell you what's buildable. The only thing we need from you is access to the tools your team already uses.
Growing your portfolio?
Your tier covers a range, not a count - Bronze handles up to 3 automations for the same $149/mo. Once you outgrow a tier, you upgrade to the next one. Cancel anytime with 15 days' written notice before your next invoice.
