What we build for ops leaders

The automation work we know best.

Three ops specialties: revenue operations, finance operations, and service operations. We build across others too but these are where we go deepest, backed by 20+ years of running this work from the inside.

Finance operations (FinOps)

Invoice processing, AP/AR reconciliation, expense workflows, vendor management, budget reporting. We know where finance teams are still doing work a system should have owned and we build the automation that handles it.

For Offerpad, we built back-office automations that matched utility and vendor invoices against property records automatically eliminating hours of manual reconciliation across multiple departments.

Service operations

Dispatch, scheduling, job completion workflows, billing sync. For companies where a completed job triggers a chain of updates across multiple systems we build the automation that runs that chain so no one reconciles it by hand at the end of the week.

For a field service company, we automated the job completion chain: every closed job triggers the invoice, time log, customer record update, and accounting entry no manual reconciliation at week's end.

These are the three we go deepest in. We build across other ops functions too HR, customer success, IT, business ops. If the work is manual, bring it.

Where our expertise comes from

Over 25 years of work inside the industries we serve

We didn't launch last year for AI. We've been in this work since 1998, in real estate, outsourced B2B sales and marketing, and professional services. The AI expertise is new. The industry depth isn't.

Real Estate

Jim started his career here

Before founding TEG, Jim built his first professional relationships in real estate, learning that long-term revenue runs on trust, not one-time transactions. That principle became the foundation of everything TEG has built since.

Sales & Marketing

We ran it as a business for 20+ years

The Endurance Group was an outsourced B2B sales and marketing firm, not advising on outreach, but doing the work ourselves, inside client pipelines, on behalf of clients. That's where our automation instincts come from: knowing exactly what breaks and what the person actually needs to get done.

Professional Services & Tech

Our clients, for two decades

Most of the companies we served were professional services firms and growing software companies. We understand exactly where AI automation fits in a business that sells on relationships, because we spent 20 years operating inside them.

Real Estate

Jim Sullivan built his career in real estate before founding TEG. That means we know the operational reality of this industry from the inside: where follow-up falls through, where invoice reconciliation eats hours, where listing and transaction workflows break down at scale.

We work with agents, brokers, developers, property managers, investors, and lenders. We know the CRMs, the typical tech stacks, and exactly where ops teams are still doing work a system should handle.

B2B Technology & SaaS

Ops leaders at SaaS companies typically own RevOps and for over 20 years, TEG ran the sales and marketing operations inside these companies from the inside. We know where the operational work behind revenue lives and where it breaks: CRM hygiene, lead routing, pipeline reporting, outbound at scale.

We've built and now automate the full RevOps stack for B2B software companies from the systems that qualify and route leads to the dashboards that give ops leaders a real view of what's happening.

Professional Services

Professional services firms were TEG's core client base for over two decades consultants, agencies, advisors, and staffing firms. We know where the ops bottlenecks live: the billing and utilization workflows, the client onboarding hand-offs, the deliverable tracking that falls to whoever has time.

The people who should be focused on client work are often doing operational admin instead. We automate what's pulling them away from the work that actually moves the business.

Outside these? We're worth a conversation if you're a B2B company and your team is doing work a computer should own.
