Information we collect
This site doesn't run its own contact form. If you schedule a call through our HubSpot scheduler (the "Schedule a Call" and "Contact" links across the site), HubSpot collects your name, email, and any other details you provide there. We don't collect personal information through this site directly, and we don't require an account to use it.
How we use it
When you schedule a call, we use the information from that booking to prepare for the conversation and to scope or deliver any automation or engagement you asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to why you gave it to us.
Third-party services
We rely on a third-party service to operate part of the site and run our business, and your information may pass through it as a result:
- HubSpot powers our meeting scheduler (the "Schedule a Call" and "Contact" links across this site). If you book a call, HubSpot processes the scheduling details. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
At this time, theendurancegroup.com does not run third-party website analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this page.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. The third-party services above (and the Google Fonts CDN used for site typography) may set or read cookies or make requests to their own servers as part of normal operation. We don't control those cookies directly.
Data retention and sharing
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than that. We don't share your information with anyone outside the service providers listed above, except where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing csullivan@theendurancegroup.com. We'll respond promptly.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
