TEG Claude Certification Fellowship
A paid path into real Claude client work, with exam fees covered and direct mentorship from an active delivery team.
TEG is building a dedicated team of Claude-certified developers and architects to deliver Claude implementations for our clients.
This isn't a general call for resumes. We're looking for developers who are serious about building with Claude, have already gotten their hands dirty with the Anthropic ecosystem, and want to grow into an ongoing role as TEG expands its client base.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for developers who are early in their career and serious about building with Claude.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science or a related technical field
- At least one year of coursework or equivalent hands-on experience
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Comfortable with REST APIs and JSON
- Basic familiarity with Git
- Strong enough English to communicate directly with our English-speaking leadership team
- Hands-on experience building with Claude or the Anthropic API: apps, Claude Skills, Claude Code extensions, Cowork projects, or any real work in the Anthropic ecosystem
How it works

Send your CV (showing your major and coursework), a link to your GitHub with any Claude or AI-related projects, and evidence of English proficiency: a TOEFL score, or the school where you studied in English.
Get certified
If your application is a good fit, TEG covers the cost of both the Claude Certified Developer and Claude Certified Architect exams. We'll also point you to Anthropic's free prep materials so you're ready going in.
Join TEG's delivery bench
Once certified, you're eligible for paid contractor work: either on TEG's own client projects, or placed via staff augmentation directly with a client team, depending on fit and availability.
