Is it free, and am I obligated to proceed?
Your first assessment is free and includes up to five hours of meetings and research for one team. There is no obligation to proceed with a build. If we don’t find a worthwhile build, we’ll tell you.
What should I bring?
A team or department you have in mind, such as sales or finance, and an idea of what you’d like to improve. The first call chooses the focus; detailed meetings and research come afterward.
Do I need Claude already?
No. We identify any Claude setup or software requirements during the assessment.
What will I receive, and when?
Within one week after the assessment is complete: an AI Value Report with prioritized builds, what each would do, projected 12-month economic value and fixed implementation prices.
What access or data do you need?
No passwords or system access are needed for the first call. If we proceed, we agree what access and data handling the scope requires.
Are software costs included?
No. Clients pay Claude subscriptions, third-party software and API charges separately from TEG fees. We confirm the requirements and costs before work begins.
