About
"Through endurance we conquer." - Ernest Shackleton

We've been doing this work since 1998. The tools have changed. The principle hasn't.

The story behind the name

Shackleton didn't reach the pole. He brought every person home.

In 1914, Ernest Shackleton led the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition. His ship, the Endurance, became trapped in Antarctic pack ice and was crushed over months. The mission failed. What happened next became one of the greatest survival stories ever recorded: Shackleton and all 27 crew members spent nearly two years stranded at the bottom of the world, crossing 800 miles of open ocean in a 22-foot lifeboat through the Drake Passage. Not a single person was lost.

That's what endurance looks like. Not a clean path to the destination, but the refusal to stop and the capacity to adapt. Jim Sullivan named this company after that principle in 1998. The Endurance Group has been in business for over 25 years, through market cycles, technology shifts, and the emergence of AI that rewrote the rules of every industry we serve. We started in real estate. We spent two decades running outsourced B2B sales and marketing. Now we build the AI automations that replace what used to require a team of people to do manually.

What we do now

Jim brings 25 years of knowing which work actually moves revenue, built in real estate, refined through two decades of outsourced B2B sales and marketing for professional services firms and growing software companies, and now applied to building AI automations that replace the repetitive work no team has time to do consistently. His son, Conor, leads the technical side: AI implementation, automation architecture, and the discipline to build things that run without anyone babysitting them.

We're not a piece of software you buy once, and we're not a consultant who hands you a deck and leaves. We build the automation, we keep it running, and we keep finding the next thing on your team's plate that a computer should own instead.

Where we come from

Three industries, learned from the inside out

Real Estate

Jim started his career here

Before founding TEG, Jim built his career in real estate and learned firsthand where operational time disappears: manual follow-up, scattered property data, and repetitive tasks that should run automatically but never do. That's where TEG's automation instincts come from.

Sales & Marketing

We ran the revenue ops for 20+ years

TEG ran outsourced B2B sales and marketing for over 20 years not advising, but doing the work ourselves inside client pipelines. Running it operationally is how we learned exactly what breaks, where time disappears, and what a well-built system handles instead. RevOps is our deepest specialty because we lived it.

Professional Services & Tech

Our clients, for two decades

Most of the companies we served were professional services firms and growing software companies. We know exactly where the ops bottlenecks live: the bandwidth gaps, the manual hand-offs between teams, and the reporting work that falls on people who should be focused elsewhere.

We start with one free automation. Then we keep building what your team shouldn't be doing by hand.

If you run ops at a growing company and you're watching your team do work a computer should own, this is where that stops.
