"Through endurance we conquer." - Ernest Shackleton
We've been doing this work since 1998. The tools have changed. The principle hasn't.
At TEG, we help people be people, and build technology to do everything else. Judgment, care, and connection are the human parts of work we protect. Repetitive, manual work is what we automate.

Shackleton didn't reach the pole. He brought every person home.
In 1914, Shackleton's ship became trapped in Antarctic ice and was crushed. The mission failed. What followed was one of the greatest survival stories ever recorded: all 27 crew members made it home after nearly two years stranded at the bottom of the world. Jim Sullivan named this company after that principle in 1998. The Endurance Group has been in business for over 25 years, through market cycles, technology shifts, and the emergence of AI. We started in real estate, spent two decades running outsourced B2B sales and marketing, and now implement Claude for B2B teams.
Jim Sullivan, founder & president
Jim brings 25 years of knowing which work actually moves revenue, built in real estate and refined through two decades of outsourced B2B sales and marketing. His son, Conor, leads the technical side: Claude implementation, automation architecture, and the discipline to build things that run without babysitting. We implement Claude for your team, build it around how you work, and keep finding the next thing Claude should own.
Three industries, learned from the inside out
Jim started his career here
Where TEG's automation instincts come from: manual follow-up, scattered property data, and tasks that should run automatically but never do.
We ran the revenue ops for 20+ years
Not advising, but doing the work inside client pipelines. That's how we learned exactly what breaks and what a well-built system handles instead. RevOps is our deepest specialty because we lived it.
Our clients, for two decades
Professional services firms and growing software companies. We know exactly where the bottlenecks live: bandwidth gaps, manual hand-offs, and reporting work that falls on people who should be focused elsewhere.
The team
Our architects and developers are Claude-certified by Anthropic. That means we build to the platform's own standards and stay current as Claude evolves.
We're building our delivery team.
Our fellowship covers exam fees for both Claude certifications, brings you on as a paid contractor on real client projects, and creates a path to an ongoing role as TEG grows.
Claude is the tool. We're the team that makes it work for your business.
One call to understand where your team is and what would actually move the needle. We'll tell you honestly which service fits before anything else.
