Terms of Service

Effective June 23, 2026. These terms govern your use of theendurancegroup.com and the offers described on it.

Acceptance of these terms

By using theendurancegroup.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Endurance Group ("TEG," "we," "us") may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to let prospective clients learn about our services and get in touch. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, scrape or republish its content at scale, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

The Free Automation offer

The offer described on our How to Get Started page is exactly as scoped there: one contained workflow, with no invoice, contract, or obligation after delivery. It is not a trial that automatically converts to a paid engagement. Work beyond that scope will be quoted separately before we begin, and only proceeds if you agree to that quote. We may decline a request or end the offer at our discretion.

No guarantee of results

Case studies, testimonials, and figures referenced on this Site (including on our Success page) describe outcomes for specific clients under specific circumstances. They aren't a guarantee that any particular result will recur for you. Sales and marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and team's execution.

Intellectual property

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, and the Commonality name and concept, belongs to The Endurance Group unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Third-party links and services

This Site links to and uses third-party services, including HubSpot for meeting scheduling and Formspree for form delivery, and links to our social media profiles. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Our Privacy Policy has more detail on how those services are used.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, The Endurance Group isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Maine law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
