What is a Claude Partner and how do you find one?
What the Claude Partner Network is
Anthropic vets and certifies firms that build Claude deployments in production. Partners have demonstrated the ability to build Claude Skills, connect Claude to business systems via MCP, and run Claude reliably for real teams doing real work. It is not a reseller program. It is a deployment and implementation program.
The distinction matters because Claude is sophisticated enough that implementation quality determines whether you get a useful system or an expensive experiment. Certification signals that a firm has done the work before and built things that held up.
What a Claude Partner actually does
A Claude Partner configures your Claude environment from scratch: Skills built for your actual workflows, MCP servers that connect Claude to the tools your team uses, and a training process that gets your team using the system instead of defaulting back to the old way of doing things. They take responsibility for the system working, not just for the build being delivered.
The best Claude Partners have run the kind of work they're automating before. They understand the workflow, not just the technology. That's a meaningful distinction when you're automating something like document review or lead qualification, where the failure modes are judgment errors, not code errors.
TEG's orientation is operational. Before we became a Claude Partner, we were building ops automation for real estate teams, B2B tech companies, and professional services firms. We automate work we understand because we've either done it or built systems for teams who do it every day.
Why it matters for buyers
Implementing Claude without a partner is like buying expensive equipment without someone who knows how to calibrate it. You can do it, but you'll spend more time debugging than shipping. A Claude Partner has already built the patterns that work and knows where implementation typically goes wrong.
The specific risk with self-implementation is not the initial setup. It's the production edge cases. Claude Skills that work in a demo can produce unexpected outputs when they encounter real data at volume. A Claude Partner has seen those edge cases before and built the guardrails for them.
How to evaluate a Claude Partner
Ask what they have actually built: specific automations with specific outcomes, not categories of work. Ask how they handle the gap between what Claude can do in a demo and what it does reliably in production. Ask who owns and maintains the automation after the build is complete.
Check whether they are certified by Anthropic directly or just using the Claude API. The certification matters because it reflects demonstrated production experience, not just familiarity with the interface. You can also verify a firm's Claude Partner status at anthropic.com/partners.
TEG as a Claude Partner
TEG is an official Anthropic Claude Partner. We have built Claude Skills, custom MCP servers, and multi-step agentic workflows for ops teams in real estate, B2B technology, and professional services. Our clients include Offerpad, which runs a portfolio of Claude-powered tools across sales, renovations, and accounting, and Biproxi, which uses a Claude-powered investor discovery agent we built to find prospects their competitors miss.
Our staff augmentation model means a certified Claude developer embeds on your team directly, on an hourly basis. There is no contractor layer. The developer knows your stack, knows your workflows, and is accountable for the system working over time, not just for handing you a build.
