What It Looks Like When TEG Sets Up Claude for Your Team
Most teams install Claude and don't get far. TEG configures your entire Claude environment across three meetings — built around your workflows, your tools, and the way your team actually works.
Installing Claude is the easy part
Most teams that buy Claude access are up and running within an hour. And then they stall. The tool works — it answers questions, helps with writing, summarizes things — but it doesn't feel like it's really part of how the team operates. It feels like a powerful thing nobody knows quite how to use.
That gap isn't a Claude problem. It's a setup problem. Claude works best when it's configured for your specific workflows, your specific tools, and the specific things your team needs to do every day. That configuration is what TEG does.
Three meetings. A configured environment.
TEG's setup process runs across three meetings. Each one has a clear job, and together they produce a Claude environment your team knows how to use from day one.
Discovery: we learn how your team works
We sit with you and understand what you want Claude to do — not in the abstract, but specifically. What will your team use it for on a day-to-day basis? What tasks take too long? What information do people look for repeatedly? What decisions get made over and over with the same inputs? This meeting is about your operation, not Claude's capabilities.
TEG builds your environment
Between meetings one and two, TEG does the work. We create Skills for your most-used workflows, design Projects around how your team is organized, write scheduled automations, and add connections to your other software — CRM, email, Slack, documents, whatever your team already uses. You don't need to be in the room for this part.
Setup: we walk you through everything
We meet and set it all up in your actual Claude environment together. Skills go live, Projects get configured, connections get tested against your real systems. Your team uses it during the session — not in a demo environment, in your actual workspace. Everyone leaves knowing how to use what was built.
Refinement: one week later
A week after setup, we meet again. By now your team has used the system in real work. Some things will feel perfect. Others will need a tweak. We make those adjustments in the session — updating prompts, adding a Skill, adjusting a workflow, fixing anything that didn't land the way it should have. This meeting is what turns a good setup into a great one.
What you leave with
After the three meetings, your team has a Claude environment that's actually configured for your work — not a generic AI tool, but a system built around your processes. That includes:
- Skills for the tasks your team does most
- Projects organized around how your team is structured
- Scheduled workflows running in the background
- Connections to the tools you already use
- A team that knows how to use all of it
Every engagement ships with your team trained to own what we built — so when Claude evolves, or your process changes, you know how to adapt it yourself.
Common questions
What does TEG set up in a Claude environment?
TEG configures your Claude organization settings, creates Projects for your team's workflows, builds Skills for your most-used tasks, writes scheduled automations, and connects Claude to your existing tools — CRM, email, Slack, documents, and any custom software your team uses.
How long does it take?
The process runs across three meetings. TEG does the design and build work between meetings one and two on their own. The second meeting walks your team through the finished environment, and the third refinement meeting happens one week later.
What is a Claude Skill?
A Claude Skill is a configured workflow built into your Claude environment — a specific task Claude knows how to do for your team, with your context, your tools, and your process baked in. Skills let your team trigger complex workflows with a simple instruction.
Does my team need technical knowledge to use it?
No. TEG designs the environment around how your team already works. The setup and refinement meetings both include hands-on training so your team knows exactly how to use what was built. The goal is real work on day one, not a learning curve.
